Thirty minutes. A partner, not a salesperson.
Tell us where finance is slowing the business down. You will get a plain read on whether we would fix it, roughly how, and what it would cost — or an honest answer that you do not need us yet.

Pick a time
Boston time (ET). The scheduler is illustrative in this mock-up — at launch it books directly into a partner’s calendar.

What actually happens in the thirty minutes
There is no deck. The point is to work out quickly whether this is worth either side’s time, and to leave you with something useful even if the answer is no.
Where it hurts
What triggered the call, what finance currently produces, and which question you cannot answer quickly enough.
What we would do
A first read on the problem, what we would tackle first, and what a good outcome looks like in ninety days.
Shape and cost
Sprint or retainer, roughly what it would cost inside our published ranges, and how quickly we could start.
Yes, no, or not yet
If we are not the right answer we say so and, where we can, point you to who is. That happens reasonably often.
Useful to have to hand, though nothing is required: last month’s management accounts, your current forecast if one exists, and whatever the board most recently asked for and did not get.
Reach us directly
Email reaches a partner, not a shared inbox rota. We answer the same business day during the week.
